Property Inspection / Quality Assurance

Ensuring that the property is up to standard and all appliances and electronics are fully functional prior to guests’ arrivals. This is also done in intervals for homes which are not being rented to prevent infestation of termites, mold, paint jobs, leaks etc. Reports and pictures are presented to clients.
